President Barack Obama defeats Romney

Barrack Obama's message to his supporters:

I'm about to go speak to the crowd here in Chicago, but I wanted to thank you first.
I want you to know that this wasn't fate, and it wasn't an accident. You made this happen.
You organized yourselves block by block. You took ownership of this campaign five and ten dollars at a time. And when it wasn't easy, you pressed forward.
I will spend the rest of my presidency honoring your support, and doing what I can to finish what we started.
But I want you to take real pride, as I do, in how we got the chance in the first place.
Today is the clearest proof yet that, against the odds, ordinary Americans can overcome powerful interests.
There's a lot more work to do.
But for right now: Thank you.
Barack
What a great speech it is. I have been keeping updated myself on his journey. Who would have thought an African-American could ever rule The United States.. and now he has another term to be the President. People keep on comparing between Obama and Romney. But personally as an outsider, I believe that Obama will have his final term. and it is true.
Why suddenly I'm talking all politics? It is all because other people are talking about this. It is everywhere. The news and the CNN and even Buletin TV3 are talking about the election and made reviews. Plus studying in the States where the previous President, George Bush while the September 11 tragedy happened was not a quite pleasant environment. With wars started and more discriminations here and there, I just hope that Obama will do something peacefully, just like Bill Clinton had done.

President Obama's biography:
Born on August 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii, Barack Obama is the 44th and current president of the United States. He was a civil-rights lawyer and teacher before pursuing a political career. He was elected to the Illinois State Senate in 1996, serving from 1997 to 2004. He was elected to the U.S. presidency in 2008 and won re-election in 2012 against Republican challenger Mitt Romney. President Obama continues to enact policy changes in response to the issues of health care and economic crisis.

Early Life

Barack Hussein Obama was born on August 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii. His mother, Ann Dunham, grew up in Wichita, Kansas, where her father worked on oil rigs during the Great Depression. After the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, Dunham's father, Stanley, enlisted in the service and marched across Europe in Patton's army. Dunham's mother, Madelyn, went to work on a bomber assembly line. After the war, the couple studied on the G.I. Bill, bought a house through the Federal Housing Program and, after several moves, landed in Hawaii.
....
As he did in 2008, during his campaign for a second presidential term, Obama focused on grassroots initiatives. Celebrities such as Anna Wintour and Sarah Jessica Parker aided the president's campaign by hosting fund-raising events.
In the 2012 election, Obama faced Republican opponent Mitt Romney and Romney's vice-presidential running mate,
U.S. Representative Paul Ryan. On November 6, 2012, Obama was announced as the winner of the election, gaining a second four-year term as president.
"I guarantee you we will move this country forward," Obama stated in June 2012, at a campaign event in Maryland. "We will finish what we started. And we'll remind the world just why it is the United States of America is the greatest
