A sad thing happened lately. in fact it happened in front of my eyes!
Yesterday, my husband and i were in a car after our lil shopping at bazaar ramadhan at shah alam stadium. it was almost 7 pm, near berbuka puasa time. we stopped at the traffic light near my previously rented apt, Brunsfield Apartment. We were surprised to see multiple police cars stopped on the side of the road. we saw a package covered with something looked like plastic bag. We were guessing it's either a body or a baby.
This morning i came across an article in the harian metro, it was a baby. and luckily he is still alive! alhamdulillah.. what a ramadhan miracle. how could a mother left her baby, hanging on the papan tanda next to a road? i just couldnt believe how she has the heart to do it.. luckily somebody found it and called the police, right on time. i couldnt imagine what would happen if no one found the baby..and it was almost raining that time...
my heart prays for this baby..

Great Friday
I am so happy today!
The fact that the road was empty today really lights up my day
since today is the public holiday for Selangor, Nuzul Quran, the road was empty! we had to work since the holiday will be brought forward to hari raya break.
we had a great time berbuka puasa this week. i could say our schedule was fully booked until this saturday. the great experience was we had to see different surrounding of people especially when we went to KLGCC (Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club) at bukit kiara. It is a wellknown club for rich and richest people. a ferrari and a posh are no longer an usual sight. but, instead of the nice surrounding and view, the food was not good. the food was plain, and ordinary. nothing taste good except for the curry mee and the sirap bandung. well, since it was all free, i didnt feel very bad. eat a few, and chat a lot! Enjoy the pix!

work and new house
im getting busy each day. i cant find time to update my blog..
today im going to our rival in the automotive industry..
just to have a look at their process.
it is still remain a secret what we are up to.(and i cant elaborate more)
hopefully we get all the cooperation from them.
oh, btw, since the increment and all the incentives we received from our beloved company lately, i cant spoil myself with stuff that i want.
(applied to my husband too!)
why?
we just received key to our new home!
and as everybody knows
a lot of money needed for a new house
insyaAllah, by end of this year, we'll be moving out from our indahria apartment
sedey la plak...
i love the apartment, though i know it'll be our short stay there while waiting for our new house.
i'm thinking of selling it, but when i talked to one of the agent, the rent rate at the apt is high.
so, i changed the decision to rent it. but it'll be some time before i could rent it out.
most likely early next year.
last week we met with a contractor for some renovation estimation
to tell you, it is A LOT!!
and this week, we r going to meet with another contractor recommended by my ofcemate, whom i believe would offer a better deal ;)
i'll update on the progress of what to do with the new house later.
(oh, and of course some pix )
oh, before i go, here are pix of lissa (just to make sure that this entry wont be a pictureless entry..hehe):
till then!
xoxo

Shopping.Breaking Fast.Lissa
We went for a preliminary shopping last saturday at Plaza Massalam, since we wanted to break fast at Famous Thai.
Episode 1 : Preliminary Shopping
Episode 3 : Lissa
I've been worried about Lissa lately. Why?
I think she didn't have enough food or milk.
Just look at this picture :
Episode 1 : Preliminary Shopping

Lissa also busy with her selection (that was my husband's hand, and look at lissa's, bergerak2 choose baju kononnye!! funny tul!)
Episode 2 : Breaking Fast

Just look at this picture :
her guitar were showing. i'd say : cekeding nye anak mama ni
i gave her pasta last week. she loved it, this was actually half of the portion i gave her. and she managed to finish it. that's why i wonder, why she didnt put on her weight (the weight increased around 300 grams since last month). she ate a lot and also frequent.
mommies, any ideas? any thoughts to share?
She knew when to take of her bib, right after i said, last one! Good Girl!

First Fasting Month Experience
A few pix taken during Ramadhan..Just for our memory as our first fasting month experience as a family : 2 plus 1 (previous Ramadhan : 2 and a half ~me as an 8-mth preggy)
words cant describe more.. ehhehe (actually, im out of idea to write)

First berbuka puasa we had outside of our apt was at McDonald. It was surprising that Mr Abah suggested the place (since i know he usually looks forward nasi and all malay food). Oh, btw, can u see a couple sat behind lissa? Funny story, the guy drank his drink right after he put the tray on the table, without noticing that it wasnt 7 pm yet! The funny thing was, he suddenly realized that and laughed out loud saying "eh belum berbuka lagi laaa". I couldnt control my smile, smile back at him. Later the girl gave one french fries to Lissa, which i guess for cover line..hehe.
Waiting for time to break fast! ~oh, while watching tv : Epilog Syurga Cinta
Lissa with her makngah - who has to sit nearby while Lissa explored the whole house (Location @ Nilai 3-my parents')
How bersungguh she tried to get away from her makngah!
and suddenly turned to show the "look"
- pictures taken when we went back to Nilai 3 for berbuka puasa with my parents and siblings.
i believe this Ramadhan we didnt have the opportunity to go back to my husband's at Bt Pahat since we already planned to get there earlier before hari raya up to 2nd hari raya. Yes, this year it's my husband's turn. some of my friends wonder if i might get upset. honestly, no. and i'm actually excited to celebrate hari raya at my husbnd's as it will be my first. Last hari raya i was expecting, and we couldnt travel far. we managed to celebrate hari raya at my mom's kampung, Rembau. now, it's time for a new experience for us, along with lissa. not to forget, the bazaar there was extremely exciting! a kepala ikan asam pedas, sata, botok and a lot more food which i never come across before.. oh, can't wait!
I guess that's all for now. let's wait for another entry.. ;)

Fasting Month.Actively Pumping Mom.Actively Working Wife
Wow! It's fasting month. but instead of increased productivity, it seemed like the other way around for me, the productivity decreased. either it's the working stuff or the pumping quantity. even my stock is getting low. my body showed not enuff water, with the mouth ulser coming out, my lips getting dry.. but my baby still requires the same volume, no matter it is fasting month or not. i drink a lot of water. during berbuka session, while watching tv, while waiting for sleeping time, before sleep, right away after getting up for sahur, during sahur up to 3 glasses. by the time i'm done with my sahur, my stomach bloated like crazy! it is funny, yet thinking about the "requirement" to stockup as many water as possible, i hv to bear with it.
i'll update on my first experience of fasting with my baby lissa soon. a lot to tell, yet so lil time.. ;)

Selamat Menyambut Bulan Ramadhan
Seribu senyuman
belum tentu menawan hati
belum tentu menawan hati
satu jelingan sudah cukup
menimbulkan rasa benci
membina mengambil masa
meruntuh sekelip masa
Selamat Menyambut Ramadhan
Maka Rasulullah pun mengatakan Amiin sebanyak 3 kali.

A remarkable event.. (a pictureless entry)
I'm Back!
Wow! it has been quite some time since my previous entry..
a lot have been going on
an event that marked my journey as a mom
After i've been hit by a cold since last 2 weeks on tuesday, i took a chance for rest that doctor gave to me to spend with my baby. you must be wondering why it was so important to me. it was because on the wednesday i've been selected to participate with a 2 days and 1 night team building at Cope Adventure, Ampang. Though the location wasn't far, i knew that i have to spend there for 1 night ... without my baby. what i felt that time was a mixed emotions. the adventure of jungle tracking, paint ball and night walking were exciting, but on the other hand, leaving my baby, spending a night without her was really painful.
Though my cold was showing no sign of improvement, i know that i have to go. Packed a few t-shirts and trackbottom, along with my spectra and a few 8 oz bottles, i was ready to go. Not forgetting my not-so-many stocks of bm, i labeled each bottle with numbers and time for feeding, just in case my sister wasnt sure when to feed Lissa.. just some estimation about 2-3 hours gap between feeding (my sister took 2-day leave just to make sure that she could babysit Lissa) and there you go, all my stocks were all labeled, nothing left in the freezer. so frustrated that i hv to make new stocks, and build up again.gosh..
The Tuesday morning came, my heart was so not in place.. i was getting ready to go when suddenly Lissa opened her eyes, and started to smile at me. my heart melted there and then. i fed her, just to make sure she's ok when i left her. i took her to my sis, whom was still sleeping, of course! (it was 6:15 in the morning) had to be at HQ for bus at 6:45 am. when i was about to leave, Lissa just looked at me, confused.. i knew i had to just leave, shut the door and leave...trying to focus on the excitement of having to explore on new environment, fresher air and new fun activities. i placed in my mind that it is now time for me to rest. let my husband does all the chores & taking care of Lissa (though my sis had to do that..). Come to think of it, it was a break for me. It was indeed my first break of my motherhood..hehe..
After i came back, my sis told me that Lissa wasnt crying at all.. but.. she seemed like to look for me at night, and even sucked my sis's elbow.. so funny, and also touchy.. i made a promise to myself, whatever it is after this, i wont be gone leaving my daughter behind, until she's at least 1 year old (hmm which is gonna be another 2 months..) fair, right?
